There are many ways to pay your rent. Have a look below at which is the most convenient for you.
If you have a payment card, you are able to pay your rent online. Follow this link to make a rent payment now.
If you have a smartphone and a payment card, you are able to download the Allpay app from either the Apple App Store, Google Play or Windows Phone Store. It is completely free, and will allow you to make payments from anywhere with a mobile signal.

If you have access to online banking you are able to make a payment direct into our bank account. If you do this please quote your rent account number as reference or your surname and first line of your address. You will find your rent account number on your rent statement or on your account details if you are accessing your rent account online

A simple and quick way to pay your rent – contact your bank with our bank details to set up a standing order. Please ask your bank to quote your rent account number as a reference.
We are able to accept rent payments from most debit/credit cards over the phone.
You can call us on 0300 5000 600 – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (except Wednesday when we open at 10.30am). If you have a payment card you can call the 24 hour automated service on 0844 557 8321.
With a payment card you can pay your rent at the counter of any Post Office, or any supermarket, local shop or petrol station displaying this PayPoint logo.
