The Neighbourly Places Strategy sets out how we will be working alongside residents and customers in their communities and across all areas of the organisation designing services, strategies, policies, projects and so much more.

Our Neighbourly Places Strategy and Action Plan can be found at the links below. They go into much more detail on the why, the what and the how and will give you a much better idea of what’s to come over the next few years.

Together With Tenants

The Together with Tenants charter was developed by the National Housing Federation in order to strengthen the relationship between residents and housing association landlords. The aim of the charter is to ensure that all residents know what to expect from their landlord, no matter where they live or what type of home they live in. It does this by having housing associations commit to six principles: honest relationships, clear communication, seeking residents’ views, accountability, quality, and simple, accessible support if things go wrong.
The charter has been a big source of inspiration for housing providers across the UK and is a driver of our Neighbourly Places initiative. You can find out more about the charter here.
