All Connect Housing residents have a Community Housing Officer.

They can support you with any tenancy related issues you’re having and any ideas you have for community building and improving your neighbourhood.

We are bringing additional community housing officers into our Neighbourhoods team, so that the Community Housing Officers (CHOs) have smaller patches; we will let you know if there are any changes to the CHO for your area.
