Employment Coach

£24,000 Per Annum

Do you have a passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding customer service?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our KBOP (Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership) team as an Employment Coach.

Excellent listening, communication, organisational, motivational and problem solving skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be delivering asset based support to enable people to achieve their employment aspirations.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our KBOP Kirklees team. As an Employment Coach you will work with colleagues, partner agencies and participants in delivering an asset based support service helping people to achieve their employment aspirations.

More specifically you will be expected to:

  • Be an effective communicator, be able to influence others, work under your own initiative and under pressure.
  • Ensure service provision is sensitive to the needs of participants, promote empowerment, self-resilience and respect individual dignity and self-esteem.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, key stakeholders and local community partners.
  • Support participants into their chosen area of employment, monitoring participant outcomes to ensure key performance targets are achieved.
