As an apprentice Customer Services Officer, you will learn how to provide an effective and professional maintenance service; deal with customer enquiries; and liaise with our technicians. You will also get experience of advising customers about all aspects of their tenancy including rent accounts; giving housing advice; discussing anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues; referrals and sign posting to other services; taking repairs and advising on maintenance issues.
Alongside your work you will be studying towards a Level 3 in Customer Service.
The duration of this course will be around 15 months.
