Apprentice Customer Services Officer

We are excited to announce that we are recruiting for an apprentice Customer Services Officer

Do you want to earn while you learn and gain a Level 3 in Customer Service for free? Our apprentices work in friendly and supportive teams, earning a salary while undertaking their qualifications, with 20% of their working team set aside for learning/studying. This is a great opportunity for those wishing to make a start in their career.

As an apprentice Customer Services Officer, you will learn how to provide an effective and professional maintenance service; deal with customer enquiries; and liaise with our technicians. You will also get experience of advising customers about all aspects of their tenancy including rent accounts; giving housing advice; discussing anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues; referrals and sign posting to other services; taking repairs and advising on maintenance issues.

Alongside your work you will be studying towards a Level 3 in Customer Service.

The duration of this course will be around 15 months.
