Members come from all walks of life and bring a wide range of talent and experience. They work voluntarily and have a shared passion for social housing and investing in communities.

Deputy Chair of the Board/Senior Independent Director and Member of the HR and Governance Committee

Alicia is a UK registered occupational therapist who works in digital health safety, innovation and research. She is Director/founder of Involve Me Digital Health Ltd and works as a digital patient safety consultant as well as studying part time for a doctorate at York St John University, studying the use of Artificial Intelligence in occupational therapy practice with older people. 

Previously, she was Deputy Programme Lead in a Cancer Alliance Personalised Care team and the Deputy Director of mHabitat, an innovative NHS digital service. Alicia is a master’s graduate with over 30 years of experience across industry, NHS (mental health and commissioning), private healthcare, higher education/research and the third sector, and with significant experience delivering transformation programmes.
