Money Matters is a free, flexible service designed to help you maintain your tenancy and take control of your finances.

The Money Matters Service offers a wide range of help and support which will allow you to make informed choices about income and wellbeing related issues including:

  • Applying for Welfare Benefits.
  • Understanding Welfare Reform and Universal Credit.
  • Budgeting support and access to debt advice.
  • Improving digital skills.
  • Reducing fuel costs and improving energy efficiency.
  • Building confidence.
  • Creating CVs, job searching, training, volunteer and apprenticeship opportunities.

With well over 30 years of experience between the Money Matters team, you can be sure that if they don’t know the answer, they will know someone who does. They can help support you through whatever is causing you concern, with over the phone or face to face advice available.
