How to register your online account

Whether you want to view your rent balance, book a repair or report a concern, your online account will let you do so anytime, anywhere. All you need is your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Visit myaccount.connecthousing.org.uk to create your account.

You’ll need your tenancy reference number, which can be found on your rent statement.

You’ll also need access to an email address so that you can validate your details. Your surname, date of birth and tenancy reference must match our records.

If you have a joint tenancy, both of you can register for an account.

Please note: If you previously registered to our online service prior to 2024, you will need to register again.

How to register your online account

Step 1:

Visit myaccount.connecthousing.org.uk

Step 2:

From the launch screen, select the ‘Login or Register’ button.

Step 3:

On the login screen, click ‘Sign up now’ underneath the ‘Sign in’ box.

Step 4:

Enter your email address and select ‘Send verification code’.

You will receive an email with the verification code. Copy and paste this code into the ‘verification code’ box and select ‘Verify code’.

NOTE: If you don’t receive an email with your code, please check you’ve entered your email address correctly and select ‘Send new code’.

Step 5:

At this stage you’ll be given the option to change your email address. If you’re happy to use the email address you’ve validated, continue onto the next step.

Step 6:

Complete the rest of the registration form then click ‘create’.

NOTE:

Password must be 8-16 characters made up of upper and lowercase letters and either a number or special character (@ # $%^&*, etc)

Your surname, date of birth and tenancy reference must match our records. If you receive an error after you press ‘Create’, please check your details have been entered correctly.
