We’ve appointed a new contractor to deliver emergency repairs

A new repairs contractor is taking over the delivery of our evening and weekend emergency repairs service (for non-heating repairs).

Cornel Building Services – a Yorkshire-based, professionally accredited contractor – will now respond to any emergency repairs outside of Connect’s normal working hours.

We’d like to thank Mears, our previous provider, for delivering this service for the past several years.

Emergency repairs are issues which could be a risk your health or safety. This includes things like water coming through the ceiling onto electrics, or your home losing power.

To report an emergency repair, please call Connect on 0300 5000 600 as usual. If it’s out-of-hours, you will be directed to our contact handling service who will help you.

No matter who is visiting your home, as always, we recommend that you please ask them for identification before you let them in.
