System outage update

Connect Housing is currently experiencing a systems outage, resulting in the loss of access to some of our internal computer systems.
Our Information Services Team, with specialist support, is currently working to address the problem as quickly as possible.
This is causing some disruption to our services, including our ability to receive emails or access customer information right now.
We are sorry for this and ask our residents and customers to please bear with us whilst we resolve the problem.
Of course, we will continue to deliver services as best as we can, placing the priority on those customers who are most vulnerable or have the greatest support needs.
We will update our website here and social media sites once we have more information.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

On October 18 a system outage began which is currently stopping us from accessing accounts and emails.
Our team is working hard to fix the problem and we’ll keep this page updated with the latest information.
