Our zero tolerance for racism and hate incidents

At Connect, we stand firmly against racism and discrimination in all its forms. We aim to ensure our customers, as well as our colleagues, feel safe, respected, and valued.
This means we have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of hate incident. We also want to make it clear that racist abuse directed at our staff is unacceptable, and we will take swift action against perpetrators.
Racism, discrimination, and abuse continue to impact people every day. To combat this, please:
- Report all incidents of hate crime. In an emergency, call 999; otherwise, report it through the police website.
- Listen to people’s experiences and perspectives with an open mind.
- Don’t minimise or excuse harmful behaviours.
Racism has no place in our society. We are dedicated to listening, learning, and taking meaningful actions to challenge discrimination, ensuring a safe and inclusive community for everyone.
