House Exchange service update

House Exchange – the free service for tenants looking to mutually exchange their homes – is closing on July 31.

This decision has been made by House Exchange and is outside of our control as they’re an independent service provider.

We understand that many Connect tenants use House Exchange to search for mutual exchange opportunities. Please be assured that we are exploring alternative options and are working to put a replacement service in place as soon as possible.

Our aim is to continue providing a subscription free mutual exchange service that supports tenants looking to move home.

We are currently reviewing potential providers. As soon as arrangements have been confirmed, we will let you know how to access the new service and any steps you may need to take.

In the meantime, if you are currently using House Exchange, we recommend continuing with any active searches or applications before the service closes on 31 July.
