HomeSwapper – Find your next home through mutual exchange

We’ve partnered with HomeSwapper, one of the UK’s largest mutual exchange services.

All Connect tenants can now register with HomeSwapper completely free of charge to search for and arrange mutual exchanges.

If you’re looking for a home that’s closer to family, better suits your needs, or is in a different area, HomeSwapper can help you connect with other social housing tenants who want to swap homes.

As long as you’ve had a tenancy with us for longer than 12 months and you’re a social housing tenant, then you’ll be eligible for mutual exchange.
