An update on gas heating and boiler repairs

For the past decade, Sure Maintenance has been providing Connect’s tenants with servicing and repairs for gas heating and boilers.

Recently Sure has been experiencing some challenges, which has led to occasional delays for some customers, and a poorer standard of service than expected.

We’re aware of the problem and are working directly with Sure to resolve the issues where we can. We want to ensure that customers are receiving the standard of service they’ve come to expect from us and Sure over the years.
