Connect worked with West End Joiners & Builders to develop the site in north Halifax.
It features 14 super-energy-efficient homes – two of which are bungalows designed specifically around the needs of residents who are wheelchair users.
Beginning in 2023, the project was completed in April 2025. Each home has enhanced levels of insulation and air-tightness, a whole house ventilation system with heat recovery, an air source heat pump and solar panels, all designed to help keep residents warm but with running costs as low as possible.
