23 new energy efficient, low carbon homes in Leeds.
Killingbeck Bridge groundbreaking
We have partnered with Cubed Group to create a new estate of one, two, and three bedroom homes for low-cost social rent for the East Leeds community.
The scheme is part funded by Homes England – the UK Government’s housing and regeneration agency – through the Social and Affordable Homes Programme.
The new properties will boast additional features such as solar panels and low-carbon heating, as part of Connect’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions and addressing the Climate Emergency.
We broke ground on the development in June 2026. Current expectations are for the homes to be finished by autumn 2027, with the new residents being selected through the Leeds Homes bidding system.
