At Hawthorn Mill you can enjoy your own independence in a self-contained apartment, but with the comfort of knowing support is on hand. Our staff are on site every weekday to ensure the building is well-maintained and secure.

They also arrange lots of activities to keep residents active and entertained. Bingo and fish and chip lunches are particularly popular. From time to time, different organisations will pop along to provide additional services and support for residents.

With a 24/7 community alarm system, residents can feel safe in the knowledge that help is always at hand if they need it.

Yew Tree Court, near Todmorden

Yew Tree Court is purpose-built accommodation, specially designed to meet the needs of older people, and is situated just a few miles from Todmorden.

There are 37 flats of different sizes, along with a lift, shared lounge and laundry, guest facilities and even an assisted bathing facility.

The whole site accessible by wheelchair, including the gardens for residents to enjoy.
