Coronavirus Update – 14th September 2020

Over the weekend, the Government has issued new guidelines, including the limit on six people meeting in either an indoor or outdoor settings that came into effect today. In addition, some of our areas are the subject of local lockdowns or limitations. We urge all of our customer to ensure they keep themselves updated with the latest information that can be found on the Government website, including information on local issues;

At Connect we will continue to work in the way that we have been and further information can be found on this website. We continue to be impacted by the virus but we are able to keep providing most services, although we are working very differently.

-Our offices remain closed to customers and the majority of our staff are working from home.
-We are avoiding face to face contact where possible and will look to communicate with you in alternative ways.
-We are not offering appointments for repairs at the first point of contact but will schedule a visit as quickly as we can.

With the rate of infection (the R rate) increasing, we are expecting more disruption as we head into Autumn and Winter. Whilst we are keen to support you fully throughout this period, we would ask that if your enquiry or repair is not urgent and can wait until we return to a more normal way of working returns, we would appreciate it. This will ensure we can focus our efforts on those that are most vulnerable or in need or urgent support.

Thank you for your continued support.
