As the UK gradually unlocks from the COVID crisis, we wanted to share a quick update to remind you that we are still impacted by the virus. Although we are managing to maintain most services, we are currently operating in very different circumstances and the way in which we deal with any enquiries may be different;
- We are still avoiding unnecessary face to face contact wherever possible, preferring to use phone and video calls. Where we do need to have face to face contact with customers, we will use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face masks and gloves depending on your circumstances and may even arrange to meet you outside.
- Our offices remain closed and the majority of our staff are working remotely.
- Our repairs service is running again however we face a considerable backlog of orders. If your repair is not urgent, or you no longer need a repair you reported previously, please let us know.
