We take ASB very seriously at Connect and we continue to do so even in these unprecedented times

We will continue to adhere to our Connect Commitments and service standards for anyone reporting ASB to us

We have adapted our services in order to comply with Government social distancing guidelines which means we are now focussing on telephone or email contact with our customers when investigating a case

Some people are calling us to report individuals who are not complying with the Government safety guidelines and we will look into serious cases. We encourage anyone who has these concerns to report them using the dedicated police web page which you can access via this link

  • As before we will continue to:
Signpost customers to our mediation service
    Signpost perpetrators to support services
    Issue verbal and written warnings
Issue Notice of Seeking Possession for breaches of tenancy
Apply for Injunctions in the most serious cases

These are challenging times but we will do what we can, using the tools available to us, legal or otherwise, and continue to tackle ASB with the communities and neighbourhoods that we work in
