A day in the life of our Responsive Repairs team
No two days are the same for Connect Technicians.
We spent a day with our Repairs team across our schemes to see the work they do to ensure our customers are living in safe, well-maintained properties.
The day began with Henni and Connor working together on a tiling job, before Connor went on to do some plumbing elsewhere. Meanwhile, Jason and Mark were out rebuilding a pillar that had been knocked down.
