A day in the life of a HR professional
A successful HR department depends on the people. Meet personality chameleon, Ben Garnham.
We recently joined Ben at Leeds Jobs Fair where he was speaking to attendees about who we are, what we do and why Connect may be the place for them to work.
As our resident Employee Engagement Adviser, Ben often finds himself getting stuck in at events like these and within Connect. His role, amongst other things, involves organising inductions, training and looking at the future of Connect and its employees.
As Ben says, he wants to make sure HR is a place where “people have a voice” and can share how they feel.
