Who are TPAS?
TPAS are a not-for-profit organisation, who’s aim is to improve resident engagement across the country. They believe that by working together, they can make help landlords make changes that suit everyone involved – residents, contractors, and service providers across the sector.
Through their large network of landlords and vast levels of experience, TPAS have been able to help improve the progress of landlords in taking residents’ views into account. They work at Government level regularly, championing the views of members, the voice of residents, and pushing for crucial positive change.
Part of TPAS’ work is also learning. They provide a number of webinars and events on key issues that matter to residents, providing an opportunity for everyone in housing to learn more about the areas of the sector they care about.
