Together With Tenants
The 'Together With Tenants' Charter is encouraging housing providers across the UK to involve resident voices as much as possible.
The ‘Together With Tenants’ Charter was developed by the National Housing Federation in order to strengthen the relationship between residents and social housing providers.
The aim of the charter is to ensure that all residents know what to expect from their landlord, no matter where they live or what type of home they live in. It does this by having housing providers commit to six principles: honest relationships, clear communication, seeking residents’ views, accountability, quality, and simple, accessible support if things go wrong. For more information read the charter commitments.
The charter has been a big source of inspiration for housing providers across the UK and is a driver of our Neighbourly Places initiative.
