The Customer Voice Group (CVG) is a group of residents and staff members that ensure customer voices and priorities are identified.

The CVG, formerly known as the Service Improvement Forum (SIF), works closely with the Connect Board to shape future plans, monitors progress on previous commitments and holds us to account for their delivery. They also approve changes we make and recommend ways to improve our services.

The CVG is a valuable opportunity for residents to make an impact at our highest level of decision making, which means that when we do things, your voice is being heard. The groups focus is to look at Connect as a whole; however, we do have other opportunities for local level engagement, so please get in touch if that is something you’re interested in.

The group is made up of a range of residents from across Connect, and they are always looking for more members. They meet six times a year, with meetings usually lasting 3 hours and members can choose to join online or in person. We will also compensate you for your time with our incentives and rewards scheme.

The CVG currently has two vacancies.

If you think this sounds like something you want to do, or you want to find out more, get in touch at gettinginvolved@connecthousing.org.uk.
