There are a range of ways you can get involved with what we do, and have your voice heard loudly and clearly throughout Connect.

You could participate in a survey or one-off focus group, regularly attend groups like the Service Improvement Forum that help shape Connect strategy, or carry out a ‘deep dive’ review of a service area like repairs or complaints.

Whether you have a quick 10 minutes or a couple of hours, need to join in online or want to attend in person, we can accommodate your voice. We will also compensate you for your time with our incentives and rewards scheme.

Why do we have these opportunities? Having your voices involved is important to us and we want you help shape the work we do. By working together we can make Connect work for us all.

Funding and support

We also want to support you if you want to be involved in your community or set up a local group. We have funding available for this and help you apply for this and other grants.

How do you get involved?

Simply contact us and let us know! You can call us on 0300 5000 600 and ask for ‘Tenant Engagement’, email, or fill out the form below.

Meet the team

Lisa Stead
Lisa Stead
Engagement Officer

I’m Lisa and I’ve been with Connect since 2008. My role focuses on working with our residents so that they can monitor our performance and hold Connect to account. I’m passionate about supporting our residents to improve services and ensure that their voices are heard. I believe that residents must be at the heart at everything that we do. I also love travelling and consider myself to be a bit of a foodie.

Hannah Faulkner
Hannah Faulkner
Community Coordinator

I’m Hannah and I have been working at Connect since 2016. My main focus is working with residents to understand how our services are performing, and seeing where the resident voice can help us make changes at Connect. I believe our residents should always be at the forefront of our minds and I am excited to have an opportunity to amplify their voice in all that we do at Connect. Outside of work you can usually find me on the local amateur theatre scene either on stage or in the band, or wandering the countryside.

Emily Dixon
Emily Dixon
Communities Officer

I’m Emily and I’ve been at Connect since 2017 working in the customer services teams. I joined the Community & Tenant Engagement team in July 2023 and my role is focused around building and developing local level groups and supporting them to grow. Whether it’s a craft club, a community garden, or a resident’s association, I’m here to help residents set them up and find funding and grants. Away from Connect, I love having fun days out with my little girl and also the odd round of golf with my partner.
