Do you work in the health sector?
We already have several successful partnerships with health and care providers across West Yorkshire, but we are always looking for new ways to work together.
There is a really close link between health and housing and we know how, by working more closely together, we can improve the lives of our residents.
For example, in Halifax, we work alongside Calderdale Council and the Clinical Commissioning Group to provide good quality ‘Step Up, Step Down’ accommodation for people moving in or out of hospital care.
We are now looking for new opportunities to work together, especially in the health and care sector.
