How do I Get Support in My Home?
We have a dedicated team of Housing Support Workers in Leeds and Kirklees who support tenants and people who are not Connect tenants.
If you live in Kirklees phone us on 01484 353 530 and ask for a member of The Independent Living Team.
If you live in Leeds phone us on 0113 285 0400 and ask to speak with a Support Worker.
