Lavender Croft
… comprises 14 fully-furnished flats for young, single, homeless people with support needs who are able to live semi-independently. Priority is given to tenants moving on from Hollinbank House. It is a short-term service that aims to prepare people for moving on to live independently.
The tenancy is for 6 months to 2 years. During this time you will receive support from a Supported Housing Officer who will help you manage all aspects of living independently, and help you find permanent accommodation. Support here is during office hours (09:00-17:00) but the hostel can be accessed for emergency support.
If a vacancy arises at Lavender Croft and no one is moving over from Hollinbank, you may apply to go directly to one of the flats.
