Young People Support

In addition to our support services for children and families, we help support young people making the transition to independence.

We have two projects to help settle young homeless people into permanent accommodation:

Click here for a link to Hollinbank House| … which provides emergency direct access temporary accommodation with support for young homeless people (aged 16-25). It is staffed 24 hours a day.

Click here for a link to Lavender Croft |… which comprises 14 fully-furnished flats for young, single, homeless people with support needs who are able to live semi-independently. Priority is given to tenants moving on from Hollinbank House. It is a short-term service that aims to prepare people for moving on to live independently.
