Connect's Mental Health Service comprises three services providing temporary accommodation -based support in Kirklees for people with mental health problems. The services aim to support clients to maintain their tenancies independently and move on into more permanent, secure and independent accommodation in the community.
We also have two support workers for people with mental health problems in Kirklees who each support nine individuals who have a history of mental ill health. Phone 01484 35 35 35 to find out more.
