Taking Action Under Your Tenancy Agreement

It's a breach of the tenancy agreement to harass, assault, or mentally, physically or sexually abuse anyone living in your household. We can ask the courts to end the tenancy of someone behaving in this way.

If your partner is abusing you, we can help you to have them removed from the family home if you want to stay there. We can also help you to stay safe at home once they have left by working with the police to install panic alarms and other security measures.
