The Nowell Court Project comprises 22 one- and two-bedroom self-contained fully furnished flats. One of these is wheelchair adapted. The project is suitable for single pregnant women or women with up to three children.
The project is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by a committed and experienced team. The project provides a secure entry system, fenced play area, parking, communal laundry, lounge area, toy and DVD library and lifts to all three floors.
There is a weekly coffee morning and regular play sessions at the scheme, plus a weekly health drop-in. Extra activities are arranged for the school holiday periods.
Tenants are welcome to have visitors to the project, subject to certain restrictions.
Nowell Court Dispersed Project comprises 15 self-contained two-, three- and four-bedroomed houses. Tenants in these houses can get involved in the activities and use the facilities at Nowell Court Project.
Tenants are given an assured shorthold tenancy, which runs for six months. We aim to assist tenants to move to their own permanent accommodation before the tenancy comes to an end.
