All tenants are allocated a named keyworker who will help with:

Budgeting, benefits and paying bills

Contacting and accessing other agencies

Getting children into school or nursery

Finding permanent settled accommodation
Information we hold concerning tenants is confidential to the staff team. We will not share this information without permission unless we are legally obliged to do so.
We respect privacy in our temporary accommodation and staff will not enter flats without permission to do so - the exception being if there was a significant Health and Safety concern.
