Staff will ask you for convenient days to call, take your telephone number or set an appointment with you there and then.
The contractor should arrive at the agreed appointment time or phone you to tell you if they are delayed. If they fail to keep the appointment and do not explain why and then re-arrange, please phone 0300 5000 600 or click here to report it online| to us so that we can contact them about this.
If you will not be in for an appointment, please phone the Repairs hotline or the contractor as soon as possible to re-arrange. If you are out when the contractor calls, they should leave a card in which case you must phone them immediately to re-arrange. If you don’t, they will bill the Association for a ‘no access’ visit. In such instances your repair may be cancelled and you may be recharged for this.
