Nothing lasts forever. Kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, boilers etc. will all deteriorate over time. As they do, they need more repairs which are expensive and inconvenient for you. To minimise this, we plan some replacements in advance (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms etc) over a regular cycle of years. This is called “planned maintenance”.
We survey our properties from time to time to make sure our plans are correct and may modify the replacement cycle if required.
If we plan to do some work on your home, we will contact you in advance to give you details of:

Who will be doing it,

How long it will take,
-
When it is due to start,
-
What choices you may be able to make (kitchen units etc).
Every five years, we will also paint the woodwork on the outside of your home.
