2. Property Size And Suitability (move back to the top)| Points|
We consider that a bedroom should be shared by no more than 2 people. A pregnant woman will be assessed as having an additional child under five. A separate bedroom should be available for
- each couple living together
- single adult over the age of 18
- a lone parent (including a pregnant woman)
- each child over 5 years old who would otherwise have to share with a person of the opposite sex
For each bedroom short of requirements (max 40 points) 10
