There are many ways to pay your rent. Have a look below at which is the most convenient for you.
ONLINE WITH ALLPAY
If you have an allpay payment swipe card, you can pay your rent on the allpay website at any time.
Follow this link to make a rent payment now. If you have a smartphone and an allpay card, you can download the app from either the Apple App Store, Google Play or Windows Phone Store. It is completely free, and will allow you to make payments from anywhere with a mobile signal.
ONLINE BY BANK TRANSFER
If you have access to online banking you can make a payment direct into our bank account. If you do this please quote your tenancy number as reference or your surname and first line of your address. You will find your tenancy number on your rent statement or on your account details if you are accessing your rent account online

If you would like a payment swipe card or need your tenancy number just call us on 0300 5000 600.
We accept rent payments from most debit/credit cards and an allpay card over the phone.
You can call us on 0300 5000 600 – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (except Wednesday when we open at 10.30am). Allpay card holders can call the automated service on 0844 557 8321 which can be done at any time.
BY DIRECT DEBIT OR STANDING ORDER
A simple and quick way to pay your rent – call us on 0300 5000 600 and we can help you set either of these payment methods up.
Make cheques payable to Connect Housing Association Ltd, write your name and address on the back and send to: Connect Housing, 205 Roundhay Road, Leeds, LS8 4HS. Please do not send cash through the post.
AT A PAYPOINT LOCATION
With an allpay payment swipe card you can pay your rent at the counter of any Post Office, or any supermarket, local shop or petrol station displaying the PayPoint logo.
Paying your rent and any service charge is a condition of your tenancy agreement. If you owe rent you put your home at risk.
