Administrative Assistant (22 hrs per week)

(Temporary to June 2014 – subject to funding)

£19,621to £21,519 p.a (pro rata)

 

PATH Yorkshire is seeking to appoint a professional Administrative Assistant to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Manager and the organisation.  

 

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational, administrative and ITC skills. Experience of assisting with Human Resource administration is desirable. You will be able to work under pressure and meet tight and conflicting deadlines whilst continuing to demonstrate your commitment to customer care. You will have experience of minute taking and diary management to a high level.

 

Hours are 12.30 – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 12.30 – 4.30pm Friday and, to ensure continuous cover in the Admin Team, are not negotiable

Qualifications / Experience

GCSE English & Maths (Grades A-C) or equivalent.

Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Holds a relevant qualification at level 3, such as an NVQ in Business Administration, or equivalent experience in an operational setting.

EXPERIENCE

Of working in a customer service role and handling telephone queries confidently and effectively.

 

Of co-ordinating a range of administrative services.

 

Of working to deadlines and targets.

 

Of creating and maintaining effective working relationships.
