Reporting Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) out-of-office hours
When our offices are closed you can still ring and report new ASB cases or give us new information about a case you have already reported. Ring the Association if you experience or witness ASB and, if our offices are closed you can call our out of office anti social behaviour hotline on 0845 291 3188.
The staff you talk to on the out-of-hours line do not work directly for the Association. The Association pays a monitoring service to take calls at night and weekends. If what you are reporting is very serious or dangerous, the monitoring service staff will be able to give you advice about who to contact in your local area (police etc). If what you are reporting is less urgent, the monitoring staff will send the information to Connect staff so that they will have it for the next working day.
