How do I report a repair?

If you live in the Leeds areas call the Repairs Hotline on 0113 285 0404 (for all non-gas repairs).
If you live in the Kirklees, Calderdale or Wakefield call Trinity on 0845 331 3121 (for all non-gas repairs).
For GAS, HEATING and HOT WATER breakdown call IDM Ltd on 01274 603 333 .
For all EMERGENCY REPAIRS including gas, heating and hot water (outside office hours) please ring the out-of-hours repairs line on 08450 513 324. For all non-emergency repairs outside office hours, please wait until the office re-opens.

What happens when you report a repair?
You will either speak to one of our staff or staff employed by our contractors. They will ask you to describe what the problem is. Please be as specific as possible.
Following this they:

may offer trouble-shooting advice as it may not be necessary for a contractor to attend your property

will advise you if it is your responsibility to do the work or ours

tell you if the repair will be treated as an emergency or a non-emergency repair
If an order is placed the contractor will contact you directly to arrange a time to complete the repair.
