Steps to take to address neighbour nuisance, harassment and anti-social behaviour (ASB)
Try to speak to your neighbours first if you can.
In an emergency or if criminal activity is taking place phone the Police.
To report ASB to us
Click here if you want to report Anti-Social Behaviour to us| or phone 0300 5000 600. Our Housing Services Advisors are trained to deal with complaints of anti-social behaviour and they will take a brief description of events.

For noise problems
The best way to tackle noise problems when they are happening is to phone your local authority who will have a team who, if necessary, can visit whilst the noise is happening.

For harassment
If you believe you are being harassed because of your race, faith, colour, sexuality or disability you should contact our Housing Liaison Officers on 0300 5000 600, or phone the Leeds City Council Racial Harassment Project on 0800 138 1625.
We are a HATE Incident Reporting Centre and so anyone can call into our office and report racial, faith-based, disability or homophobic harassment. We will complete a report with you, which is sent directly to the Police and Stop Hate UK| to investigate.
