How to contact us 

For all enquiries, (including out of hours emergencies, ASB and Hate Crime Reporting) please call 0300 5000 600. During office hours, the line will be answered by a Housing Liaison Officer. Outside of office hours, you will have the option to divert your call to the appropriate out-of-hours service.
