Setting new standards - tenant help wanted!

Early next year we are going to review the service standards for communal cleaning and grounds maintenance and we would like our tenants help to do it.

We would like to hear from any tenants who live in a property where we employ contractors to clean the hallways and stairs, or to look after the garden areas. We are going to try out a new approach, gathering feedback online and we would like to involve as many tenants as possible.

In addition, we’ll host an event for those of you who would like to give feedback in person. In exchange for a small amount of your time, you can help us reshape these important services.
