Barbara Kempf, the Community Services Manager has been working for Connect Housing since 1999 and previously worked for Kirklees Federation of Tenants and Residents Associations.

Barbara's role is to act as the Tenant's Friend in the Association and ensure tenants' priorities are reflected in the strategic plans of the Association. It is her role to ensure that tenants are given the appropriate support to allow them to take an active role in shaping the services they receive from Connect.  Barbara manages the Resdident Involvement budget, the Community Services Team and is responsible for the delivery of both the Childrens' and Young People's Strategy and the Association's Resident Involvement Statement.
