Issues raised at CRF meetings, by tenant inspectors, estate visits and any other resident meeting where a Connect staff member attends are put on action sheets. These action sheets are then monitore by the CRF to check that Connect takes action on the issues that are important to you as tenants.
When actions have been completed the CRF gets a report but people from the relevant estates are not always there to check that this has really happened.
