Costs

There are many different costs that must be considered when purchasing a property. We have compiled a list to provide an illustration of the type of costs that you may incur, however this is not an exhaustive list.

For simplicity these can be split into two main groups:

Initial Costs|
These are one-off payments that will be due during the process of purchasing the property or shortly following legal completion. Please click on the heading "Initial Costs" to find out more information.

Ongoing Costs|
Any property related expenditure that you may incur during your time living in the property. Please click on the heading "Ongoing Costs" to find out more information.
