Connect Commitments (CCs) are a new series of promises we are making to our tenants. They offer clear statements about what our customers can expect from us in a range of service areas, how customers will know whether we keep our commitments, and what they can do if standards are not met.
This has been a tenant-led project from the beginning. Tenants prioritised the order in which CCs were needed, they decided which aspects of our services needed to covered by a CC, and they provided input into the visual design of the documents. Tenants also suggested which aspects of our services could be measured and reported, so they could be sure that Connect keeps its promises.
Our performance will be reported and scrutinised every year – all tenants will get a brief report, and a small group of tenant representative will look at the results in more detail.
