Describe the job areas you currently work in:
For most of the last decade I headed up operations for Shelter, the housing charity, throughout the north and midlands where I provided leadership and strategic management to deliver a portfolio of specialist legal advice and housing support services to over 8000 people per annum in the region, and oversaw the successful design and delivery of services that have helped some of the most deprived communities. I have recently taken up a new senior role for the Richmond Fellowship.

With a professional qualification in Youth Work and an MSc in Social Policy and Management from the London School of Economics, my early career centred on services for young homeless people in Central London.
