I have worked for the TransPennine Housing Group, and prior to that, Calderdale Housing Department for 27 years.
Describe the experience/qualifications you have:
My experience and background is mainly in housing management, particularly around rent income and managing neighbourhoods.
I also have some experience working within a new development/asset management team, mainly around the marketing and sales of low-cost home ownership schemes. I am a fully-qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Describe the strengths you feel you bring to the Board:
The strengths I can bring to the Board relate to my experience working for a Housing Association and the pressures that HAs face in the current economic climate.
